GAP Analysis is a privately owned company that was formed in 1997. From its inception GAP Analysis has specialized in working closely with its clients to tailor make quality assurance programs, enabling their customers to monitor, evaluate and continually strive for service excellence. As a company GAP Analysis deals with a variety of hospitality operators with its primary market being the four and five star hotel sector. GAP Analysis currently works throughout the world with clients in Europe, North America, Asia and the Middle East. In addition, in 2000 GAP Analysis entered into a joint venture agreement with The Leading Hotels of the World to form a new company, Leading Quality Assurance, which is responsible for the quality assurance program for all 400 of The Leading Hotels of the World. GAP Analysis' head office is based in Orpington, Kent, United Kingdom
