The Inspection Process:
- The typical inspection is carried out over a three day/two night period.
- The inspection is unannounced to ensure a typical guest experience.
- All departments that make up the customer journey are analyzed.
- At the end of the inspection the consultant will announce himself/herself and meet with the management to discuss the initial findings of the inspection.
- The full report that follows consists of a detailed quantitative and qualitative analysis.
- All inspection results are input into our confidential database, resulting in GAP Analysis being able to offer comprehensive benchmarking data for our clients.
