GAP Analysis specializes in the development, implementation and the execution of tailor made quality assurance audits for the hospitality industry. Through our unique quality assurance program, which measures in excess of 1,300 standards, our clients are able to continually measure and improve their service delivery, ensuring customer satisfaction and in turn customer loyalty. The majority of GAP Analysis' clients are hotels, but our product has been adapted to suit other hospitality providers such as cruise lines, airlines, spas, restaurants and theatres.
